All items on this website are handmade limited editions or one of a kind pieces. While we do our best when choosing gemstones, please note that slight differences in color and clarity are unavoidable.

For orders, please call 888.808.0201. All shipments are insured and shipped via FedEx Overnight or 2 Day Service. All prices are subject to change. Availability is limited.

Returns for purchases made through our website

If you are not happy with your piece for any reason, your money will be refunded, less shipping fees, within 30 days. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Returned items must be unused and returned in proper packaging (non-crushable).

Returns for purchases made at our Tiverton Store

Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. You must have the receipt and the item must be in its original condition. We do not give refunds. Special and Custom Orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. At least a 50% deposit is required for all orders. Please understand we want you to love your selection and we will do what we can to make you happy.

Repairs

Unless items are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. Please contact us for further information before returning any item for repair or replacement.
